For late registration an additional fee of PLN 300,- will be charged.

Accommodation package in the Hotel System*** includes:

3 nights (4/5, 5/6 and 6/7.01.2006), 3 breakfasts (5, 6, 7.01.2006), 3 lunches (5, 6, 7.01.2006), welcome party (4.01.2006), banquet in the underground salt room in salt mine in Wieliczka (6.01.2006), free access to internet in every room (you need your own computer and cable) and in reception hall, free access to swimming-pool, fitness club and sauna in the hotel.

A half-day excursion to the old city and the royal castle Wawel is planned after the conference on Saturday, January 7^th.

If you wish to come to Kraków earlier or leave later you may book additional nights and meals in the System Hotel. For details see the registration form. In the case of late arrival or early departure some costs reductions are also possible. Please contact conference office for details.
